Campus as a Second Home

Students spend most of their day on campus whether its studying, waiting, collaborating, resting, and regrouping between demands. We approach lounge and soft seating as a natural extension of student home life: familiar, grounding, and welcoming. These are spaces where students can settle in, feel at ease, and belong without the space feeling institutional or cold.

Extending the Life of Campus Furniture

Project managers and designers invest significant time and care shaping campus environments. When furniture begins to show wear, it doesn’t mean those spaces need to be reimagined—it often means they need to be renewed.

The result is furniture that feels refreshed, cohesive, and ready for continued use—without disrupting the visual language or function of the space.

Our upholstery work extends the life of existing furniture while respecting the original design intent. Structural frames are assessed and retained where sound. Foam systems are inspected, conditioned, or rebuilt as needed. Upholstery is replaced using modern materials and techniques that improve durability, comfort, and long-term performance.
